well its basicly all said in the thread title :lol:

but anyway, i have windows xp home, and it has paint on it, can i shrink them useing that, or is there a program that is good that i can download?

I use Photoshop myself.

Yeah, I use photoshop elements, I don't know how to do it in paint.

Well, anything can be downloaded if you have the right means :twisted:

You could easily steal it I suppose, isohunt.com might lead you in the right direction, or Buggy seems to know a lot about these things :wink:


Otherwise, I think any basic image editing program could resize it, just look around a bit on download.com
