Honestly Kelly, I was a little afraid of this happening when I just made mine the other day. To the best of my knowledge, both the Movie Of The Month and the Simpsons EOTM threads have been around for a substantial length of time. Obviously South Park at just #3 is still relatively new. As I said the West Wing is one of my faves of all time, and though I'm biased, I thought fairly deserving of such treatment, but, especially like I said given that the South Park one isn't that old, I had some fear that starting up a WW one would bring some attention to the fact that apparently anyone can make one (even though the Movies, Simpsons and SP have all been given "stickied" treatment) and so then more and more people would start one up of their own, perhaps not pleasing the Mods too much. But I could be entirely wrong, I don't know.
Of course, the net being the net, and personalities being what they are, it's still perfectly likely that someone will start one up for a ridiculous show just to show they can and because they think it'll be hilarious.

80% of n/d
Well and I even stated quite plainly in the opening post, it's not just because I was starting it that I was "expecting" sticky treatment simply because the others did, not at all. I figured the rest of the board itself would tell us if it was worthy to keep going (also, as I said, like pretty much any other new thread that's started up, anyway). If hardly anyone replied, then okay, so be it, it would say it probably wasn't meant to be kept up. But I don't know, so far it's seemed to have decent and thoughtful response.

I've seen, and own, each and every episode of WW... at least 3 times! I've seen a fair amount of Simpsons, though mostly early seasons (my cousin used to run a fan site where you could download them in 3 languages.. way back before torrent/emule where popular) I think I might have seen a handful of South Park at most.
We could do an X-files one, or Friends (I know I'm going to get shot down for that one )

Well as I said before, Simpsons are absolutely also in that top 5 of mine for fave TV shows ever. I can't really explain why but I've just never really gotten into South Park before. I've seen some full episodes here and there, but I've never felt the need to make it an even semi-regular thing, I just can't seem to get into it.
Actually I'd definitely support an X-Files EOTM thread. Friends for that matter too, I'm not at all ashamed to say that I'm a big Friends fan, in my top 10 easily of all time shows.

I don't mind. A&E doesn't have enough threads most days. If people like the show enough, it'll work. If not enough people do, it will quickly die off. Economics.

Oh, don't get me wrong. I'm not complaining. I'm just wondering if we should have one for Lost or Seinfeld. Something like that. I'm encouraging.
Hmm. I'd support a Seinfeld one as well, no question. Lost I'm not so sure about, and I mean I'm a huge fan, but you have the fact that 1) they're only still like only 65 or so episodes deep, and 2) that it's still on the air.
Obviously I know both Simpsons and South Park are running, but they've each got seasons and seasons from which to pull. I'd say once Lost finishes out its run with season 6, then it's a go

Well mine is the original. So mine stays.
Yea hey, totally. I support the SIMPSONS one moreso than anything.
And if were not for LD, there'd not be a West Wing EOTM thread (mind you, some members might very well wish to beat the piss out of LD now for that fact )
