Wow, this guy is about as stupid as it gets. now he says he's appalled by John McCain. The only reason he campaigned with him was because he was more afraid of Obama leading the country. Wow. And as if he didn't suck enough he throws out this tidbit on how retarded he is.

"Sarah Palin is absolutely the real deal."

Wondering what everyone thought about this story.

"Who fucking cares what some tax-dodging dipshit from Ohio has to say?" is what I think about.

Joe The Plumber is the second best thing to come out of the GOP this election cycle.

That's what you say now. In 2012, 2016, or 2020, I fear (and hope to God I'm wrong) that you may not still feel that the "best" thing to come out of the GOP this cycle was indeed such a good thing.

I don't know. Sure, its amusing right now and provides for cheap laughs. But I wouldn't underestimate Sarah Palin's future potential. She has a solid base who will love her no matter what. If she comes back in 4, 8, or 12 years and has been prepared to spit out prepared lines, and has been trained and prepped and knows what to say...she could do some damage. She is obviously a great campaigner. And I suspect that at some point in the next 12 years, the public at large will be ready for a shift to low spending/low taxes rhetoric again. Enter a likeable figurehead/puppet candidate. It'll be 1980 all over again.

wouldn't that be an amazing ticket "Palin/Plumber '12"

Wow, i hope we get smarter than this. I feel like the GOP realizes the free ride is over. They actually have to distance themselves from the religious right looneys and actually win with fiscal conservative policies that independants would find interesting. it's a gamble that will actually help them win seats again. and that's all their interested in. They aren't even all that into the religious right. They've always spoken to them, but they rarely deliver them any of the stuff they want like prayer in school and illegal abortion. Perhaps the right will leave them.

I can't see her being anything other than a punch line. Reagan and Bush were at least competant enough to preside over two very large (population-wise) states and conduct television interviews without making total asses of themselves. Palin not so much.

You're talking about 41, right? Because I've seen W make a total ass of himself on television lots of times.

He's made an ass of himself many times, but there are a few major interviews by actual reporters in which he has not done so. Plus he never managed to let himself be interviewed in front of a man chopping the heads off birds.

I attribute that to shear luck.

I'm confused. Why and how is this fuckin' guy even getting interviewed? Why is he even called a plumber? He doesn't even have a license to be a plumber, right? Is this what the republican party has come to? The only face of the party that hasn't fucked up or lost is some no-name douche who supposedly connects with America because he has or once had a blue-collar job.

I haven't even heard about Sarah Palin since like November 5. Nobody gives a fuck about this idiot or his political leaders of choice. Fuck off into obscurity and stay there.
