you would think this would be common sense, but alas i actually had to assign people cleaning duties for our kitchenette and some arent happy about it.

is it really that hard to wipe the counter when you make a mess? how about if you have to squash down the garbage in order to get your garbage to fit, i dunno, maybe take it out?

buncha savages i tell ya

it's like this everywhere. pretty much anywhere that i've worked that has involved a microwave of some kind there has always been a problem with people not cleaning.

on a side note, i work in a semi-professional cubicle setting now and people cannot seem to grasp not to piss on the floor. and even worse, the janitors never mop it up :|

I get paid every second I'm alive, so I use the bathrooms at work a lot.

i read that as "...God, i love fucking my job."

an interesting thought experiment ensued.

My first job out of college, somebody shit on the floor next to the toilet twice. We actually had a meeting with just the men and the VP had to say whoever is shitting on the floor please stop. Whoever it was stopped.

At my job, it is not unusual for someone to piss in the fitting room, on clothes, leave used diapers in shoe boxes....

Marshall's. I'm a coordinator, so thankfully I don't have to see or deal with that stuff like the people on the floor do. Phew!

my best guess, with her saying, fitting room, would be burger king, second guess would be some type of store that sells clothing :)

we have a casual friday also, which people then took to as, jeans and a tshirt, even though they still schedule interviews for friday. one gal actually complained about not being allowed to wear a tshirt anymore, and she complained complained complained

i told her, if not being able to wear a tshirt is your biggest gripe about your job, you should just shut up

Oh yeah, and sometimes there are condoms in shopping carts.

And shit on the floors of the bathroom and so on. I don't get it. This store isn't in some bad neighborhood.

i wish they would do that here...there are probably 300 here over a few shifts and the guys probably wouldn't care anyway, unfortunately.
