DANVILLE, W.Va. - A 78-year-old woman faces drug charges and authorities are searching for her 72-year-old boyfriend after police found more than a pound of marijuana stashed in a freezer on her property.

State police arrested Mollie Williams last week after responding to a dispute between her granddaughter and the granddaughter’s husband, who were arguing over drugs. Police learned the man allegedly had bought marijuana from Williams, State Police Cpl. Larry O’Bryan said Monday.
Armed with a search warrant and a drug-sniffing dog, troopers went to Williams’ residence near Danville. The dog led troopers to a freezer in an outbuilding where the marijuana, worth an estimated $4,000, was hidden under frozen meat and other food, O’Bryan said.
Williams was jailed and later released on $15,000 bond. Her live-in boyfriend, Jack White, who was recovering from heart bypass surgery, was given the opportunity to turn himself in but failed to do so, authorities said. He remained at large Monday.
“They appear to be the typical grandma and grandpa individuals. However, they sell marijuana,” O’Bryan said.
Unfortunately, it's so elementary, and the big time investors behind the drive in the stock market aren't so stupid. This isn't the false economy of 2000.

I don't know if dogs can smell frozen marijuana, but you had to think they'd find that meat.
I hope the arresting officer goes to visit his grandma and she kicks him in the balls.

so may people bitch about celebs/jocks getting special treatment for offenses, yet applaud some 70 year old pot head?
I've never criticized a celebrity or jock for doing drugs. Well, not unless they get all self-righteous and hypocritical later.

Not a lot going on in Danville, West Virginia. And what was the dispute about? The grandmother selling drugs or selling a bad bag to her son in law?
Yeah, I'd like to hear more about the domestic dispute.

Who the fuck freezes their weed?
I always keep my weed in the freezer when I have some. Just like any other vegetable matter, it keeps longer with more potency that way. Pretty much anything that degrades chemically will do so slower in a freezer, film, batteries, LSD...
