you've got that tar dust thing going on..happens to most laptops&comps. but esp. laptops on the move. its like a thick greasy tar, dust, hair much that builds up around your fan & its neighbours.
it should be easily serviced if you have a local place that can service it for you. Get it fixed & dont buy a new one if thats all thats wrong.
