just got an email from 10c and the digital lounge bit says:

Quote:
The 10C Digital Lounge gets to hear a lot of great stuff from our spot in the Pearl Jam warehouse. Just this past week we got to hear the band playing what could potentially wind up being this year's holiday single.

mm, if they're only just finishing it, then there's NO chance we'll get it before next year, even Easter.

on the good side, it must be an original like last year and not lives like most of the ones in recent years :D

oh, and also seems we'll get the next Deep a bit quicker:
Quote:
To coincide with the TEN Reissue, the next DEEP Magazine will be a special edition dedicated to TEN. Look for even more archived material and goodies that didn't make it into the already jam-packed Deluxe Edition package. We expect this issue of DEEP to hit the mail around the same time as the release of TEN in March 2009.

it could be something they already recorded and were rehearsing for some reason. doubt it, but im just grasping at straws.

Or maybe 10C people are making stuff up and the thing is already in pressing.

Or maybe 10C are making stuff up and with all this Ten & website shit, they totally forgot about a single...

It's not like 10C records and produces the single. They basically just ship the thing.

Didn't we get it by January last year? That's pretty good.

I actually received it between Xmas and New Year last year so in 07  instead of the usual Easter single.

Ten Club just sent me a happy holidays email. How considerate. I don't recall ever getting one in the past.

I bet it's the lead-off single for the next album.

I just want something I haven't heard before. Remember when you didn't even have to worry about that?
