it just won't stop running. i flushed it, and the water started rushing down the toilet. and then it kept rushing. and rushing. and rushing. and rushing. it never filled up, so it wasn't overflowing. the water just kept rushing down the bowl. i fucked with the handle and toyed with the back of the tank for two or three minutes, all to no avail. so i washed my hands and left. and the water was still rushing down the toilet.

i'm pretty sure hilarity will ensue overnight.

it wasn't clogged. there were no obstructions. the mechanism to stop the water from flowing into the toilet never came on. but it wasn't overflowing, either. i'm still pretty confused by the whole episode.

It is part of my revolt against low flow toilets, which are an abomination.
