food for two days, all fresh and with lots of vegetables (too much to type and translate now), 1 liter of milk, three times 8 Activia (desert) because you got the third for free and I always eat that anyway and it's good for at least 3 more weeks, fresh kiwi/orange juice because the real kiwis aren't so great recently and I need it to start my breakfast ritual, and I think that was it. And a bag because I forgot to bring one *again*.
