The episode begins with Stan and Kyle destorying a Jennifer Lopez doll when Cartman runs up to tell the boys about this fun new way to "milk dogs" that the 5th graders taught him, codenamed "red rocket", which is actually the result of "beating off the dog." The boys, not knowing what exactly is taking place, think it is awesome that they are able to "milk" a dog, and proceed to show everyone they can, including their parents. Their parents are obviously mad and fumble over how to explain what is going on, but ultimately decide that it is "that damn school's" job to teach their children about sex. At the school Mr. Mackey, who obviously does not know how sex actually takes place, teaches the boys where as Ms. Choksondik "educates" the girls by berating them with scare tactics about STDs. Eventually through a misunderstanding, the girls "learn" that in order for them to avoid STDs, the boys must wear condoms at all times and are horrified when they learn the boys are in fact not wearing them. The boys buy into this given the fact that Mr. Mackey knows literally nothing about the topic and set about to buy condoms and put them on. The boys come to hate wearing the condoms due to them "always being itchy", but Cartman likes them since there "is a little reservoir tip at the end...so you can pee in it". Meanwhile Ms. Choksondik and Mr. Mackey meet to compare notes for what to teach the class, although this is just a cover for Mr. Mackey not knowing how to have sex. The teachers learn that the pharmacy have sold condoms to the entire fourth grade class and they decide they need to start teaching kids even earlier, ultimately deciding on kindergarten. Mr Mackey and Ms Choksondik end up "exploring each other", given that they are both pretty much virgins and Mackey eventually learns enough to continue teaching the boys and is dismayed to learn the boys have been wearing condoms all of the time. The boys get angry due to the fact that the girls had told them that they were the ones spreading diseases but yet, at least in their eyes, it "was the girls giving us diseases the whole time". The boys declare war and ride out to where the girls have put up a stronghold to keep the boys out and after Kenny is killed, the boys attack. After they destroy each other the families finally realize that Chef was correct all along and that it is not up to the school to teach sex. Familes should be the ones teaching sex because at least with family you control what your children learn. If you rely on the school, the person ending up teaching your kid about sex might be someone who doesn't know enough about it (Mackey), someone who is unnaturally opposed to sex (Choksondik) or a pervert (Garrison).
Some highlights: Randy: Stan! beating off the dog is inappropriate when we have company over... ...I mean, ever.
Mr. Garrison teaching the kindergarteners "how to properly put on a condom", by fellating a dick shaped object
Butters on the megaphone.
Ms Choksondik's long, saggy, wrinkly tits
