It's amazing how calm Lily Tomlin stays while this guy's losing it. He had to have done this sort of thing before on set. I like how the rest of the crew leaves the set when he's going ballistic.

According to this director's Wikipedia bio he got into a fight with George Clooney on the set of Three Kings and put Christopher Nolan in a headlock at a Hollywood party.
