I can't believe I'm saying this but it looks horrible. I don't buy Brad Pitt at all as that character. He's doing a bad Johnny Knoxville impression. The basterds look rather unremarkable....should have gotten some unique looking guys....bad casting. None of those guys are hard asses.

according to my friend who read the script, it breaks down to characters talking about how awesome german cinema is. i really hope that isn't the case, but be weary.

If the point was to have a bunch of guys I could take out by myself with a serious of noogies, wedgies and ass slaps the point was well made.

The Dirty Dozen weren't all big dudes....but I believed they were tough or crazy. These guys are jokes. I hope I'm wrong cause I've liked everything else QT has done but this cast is weak. You need modern day equivalents to Warren Oates, John Cazale, Donald Sutherland, Lee Marvin, John Saxton.....guys like that. Interesting faces, guys you can believe....not the guy from the Office.
