i'm been switching meds for my chronic pain, its had me sleeping too much all week. when I lay in bed all day, I'd recommend getting your hands on some Teaching Company lectures, and you will learn a lot of stuff while just laying there. or learn how to beat a rubics cube

i went through some really bad depression after taking this seizure medicine that is also an anti-depressant I was taking to help my migraines. I almost never take medicine anymore.

yeah it'd be nice, but at the same time, when i'm off the meds i just get constant pain that makes it hard to do anything. sometimes you gotta take some drugs

some special cases should have meds, but with depression, I feel that most people should work at dealing with what causes the depression rather than trying to just mute it with meds that don't take away the depression and will make you even more depressed when you get taken off them.
