part of making this tournament was to test a theory, I guess. It's a huge board. What's the difference between having one tournament and one hundred tournaments going on at once if there is enough interest in each of them? IF I get the sign-ups, I don't see any reason not to runt he tourneys simultaneously. What's the worst that can happen?

Could those of you who are bitching please give me concrete examples as to what harm there is in having more than one tournament go on simultaneously? afraid a stickied thread will send the weekly last.fm updates threads to page two that much quicker?

I don't really buy that argument. How so? Is it really that difficult to make a pick in two different tournaments at teh same time? Isn't it just like making posts in more than one thread or forum while browsing RM? Are you really that devoted to playing in a tournament that you need to give it your undivided attention?
