Hello I'm Lisa, I was ashamed of my hips, I wanted to fit into my old jeans again. In addition, my mother used to lock me in the coat closet for days at a time without food or water. Tyrone made me ride a stationary bike as fast as I could while he screamed "YOU ARE A WORTHY AND GOOD PERSON" in my ear over and over again. I still still cry myself to sleep sometimes, but not as much as I used to.
