I feel like this is the word that people are saying these days when something strikes them as really good. Pay attention. You will hear it too. Or, like me, you will catch yourself saying it.

I say either "tight" or "straight" or "trill"

Honestly, over the last year I've noticed this word being used more, even by myself.

If I use this word it's more likely than not being used sarcastically.

On first thought I'd say the same thing too, but I'd be wrong. I tend to use the word when something is amazing for all the wrong reasons. Like when something really bad happens to someone you don't like, or when someone schemes something but you're commenting on the brilliance of the scheme, you say "oh man that is fantastic!"
