That's very possibly a 6 figure p/year position. More than likely the best place to look to hire for that, is active military or fed. They aren't offering TS/SCI clearance to civilians these days.
If you're adamant about filling this position, you can always try posting a message @ defcon. And word will get around really fast. But you have to undergo a waiting period before you're allowed to post anything there.
Be very very careful about how you post though. You don't want your post being moved to fucktard hall. And when you lurk, don't lurk for long periods of time, at a time.

Yup. I'm posting this on all the boards I'm in, though, just in case. We have a pretty aggressive recruiting effort currently underway in military job boards as well.
