If I quiet my thoughts,
lessen fears
might I disassociate
from every peer?

Should I find discipline in
that which matters most,
could I escape the fateful meeting of
these lemmings' final joke?

I'll be no casualty
nor be their warrior

Never anything so dry
as a dish on their table
as painful,
discouraging, or ugly
as what's inside their mirror

quickly wanted to mention that i enjoyed that last stanza. i'm in an airport in London and comp. access is limited. anyway, nice work.
