Am I the only one that thinks naming your child Zenon, Yaris, Krystina, Camilla, Mozart, Hoggle, Corvette, Willamiena, Bubby (Full name, not nick name, and not black) Happy, or any other fucking retarded name that will haunt you for the rest of your life is a bad idea?
I was looking at the baby club on flickr and they have the baby names under the pictures, and all of the above were names of poor little children on the site.
From the looks of the pictures they were not religious, or cultural names. Yaris is a blone haired blue eyed boy from Oklahoma.
I don't get it. Don't you want your kids to have a fighting chance in life?
We decided on Edward Robert for our son, or Eddie for short. I know it's not a very trendy name, but it's strong, and not frickin Breath Summer (Yes, that's his name)
We are having another chiled in June, and our name is still very much up in the air if we have a girl. We have 3 pretty original names in mind, but they are easy to spell and say, and when we tell people they don't look at us like we are insane.
