Jimmy Fallon's show has been a slo-mo car crash since it first kicked off on Monday, but Ludacris saved the day last night when he played with the Roots. I did a little write-up with video here if anyone cares:

Really sick performance. I was hoping for my latest Guilty Pleasure song - that One More Drink jam - but the medley of tracks from his new record was a more than fitting substitute.

that was pretty salty, but it would've been a lot better if luda wasn't in there fucking it up. you could've had a monkey up there throwing its shit around the stage to the roots' beats and it'd be fuckin sick because the roots can do no wrong. but luda dragged it down considerably.

its not complicated really, ludacris blows and the roots are beyond amazing. the roots are the ones driving the production, the beats, the sound and the backing, luda is just fronting it. it'd be hard for it to be anything but awesome if the roots are even involved, but it would have been complete if black thought was the one spitting the rhymes.
