Synopsis: Cartman sees an advert for "sea people" (brine shrimp) depicted as underwater creatures who play games and have cook outs and function as a real society and convinces his friends to chip in to buy them. When they arrive they are stunned to find out they "have been lied to", but decide to at least get something out of the whole ordeal so they decide to put the "sea men" into their teacher's coffee. They later see on TV that their teacher has died and that semen has been found in her stomach. Confusing "sea men" for "semen", They panic and sneak into the morgue and steal all the semen samples, go back to Cartman's house and put the semen into the aquarium hoping that no one suspects it was them that it was them. Overnight the sperm cells combine with the brine shrimp and the creatures evolve and create their own society. When Cartman discovers them the next morning they are around the era of Babylonian times.
Meanwhile elsewhere Butters, becoming increasingly disillusioned by those around him decides to once again become "Professor Chaos" in order to wreak havoc to those who have treated him poorly. He comes up with a number of ideas, including blocking out the sun and stealing the head of the town statue, only to find out from "General Disarray" that The Simpsons already did both of those on their show and that what Butters was trying to do would be unoriginal. Seeing as Butters is hellbent on making sure the havoc he wreaks is original this greatly upsets him. Butters eventually watches every single episode before introducing his newest evil plan: build a machine that replaces the cherry centers of chocolate covered cherries with rancid mayonnaise (a plot that Dougie/General Disarray dismisses as being too unoriginal to appear on The Simpsons). Right as Butters is about to put his device into use, a Simpsons commercial announces that Bart is going to do the exact same thing in that night's episode. Butters has a nervous breakdown and begins to picture the town in the animation style of The Simpsons.

Back at the Cartman household, the boys have bought more Sea People, a larger aquarium, and several gallons of semen. ( Cartman says, "Yeah, I got most of the sea men from a bank, but the rest was from some some guy in an Alley named Ralph. He didn't even charge me, I just had to close my eyes and suck it out of a hose!" The sea people continue to evolve and eventually create two statues that divides the civilization equally. One side worships Cartman as a god and the other worships Tweak as a god. The boys invite a number of people from the town over, one of whom is Butters who becomes hysterical shouting that The Simpsons "already did it" in a Treehouse of Horror episode involving Lisa losing a tooth and a similar situation taking place. The boys don't seem to care as The Simpsons have "done everything already" seeing as they've been on the air for so long. Butters slowly understands and comes to accept this and his eyes the townspeople return to their normal appearances. Shortly thereafter the two sides of sea people begin to suicide bomb one another, eventually destroying the fish tank (and themselves). The episode ends with everyone questioning why we all can't get along.

Definitely one of my favorites. Even the "Sea People" song is great. In my top 10 for sure
