I don't think I could even come up with a list I am happy with but here is a smattering of songs:
Lennon: I'm Losing You Watching the Wheels Oh Yoko!
Starr: Photograph It Don't Come Easy
Harrison: What Is Life Awaiting You All Here Comes the Moon Give Me Love (Give Me Peace on Earth)
McCartney: Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey Too Many People Flaming Pie Maybe I'm Amazed Band on the Run Jet Mrs. Vanderbuilt Let Me Roll It Helen Wheels Country Dreamer Junior's Farm Mull of Kintyre Listen to What the Man Said Live and Let Die

I really like the majority of what they all came out with in the first two or three years after the breakup, or so. Harrison's record is an obvious standout, and kudos to him, but unlike the other guys he had a huge backlog of material to work with. So many of those songs were tried out by the Beatles at various points. John and Paul were working mostly new material, and they still managed to make some stellar records.

My favorite is probably GH's I Live For You.
This would be my favorite as well. If I did a top 10 it would be dominated by George songs because he's the only former Beatle whose entire solo catalog I have listened to.

George's solo work sure did help his standing. It's always amused me the way the solo careers changed people's perceptions of the Beatles group work. Paul's eventual decline into the most disappointing schlock really undercut the reality of his dominance during the band's most creative, experimental periods. John's more sonically twisted work buried the fact that he had actually checked out very early and helped present him inaccurately as the band's sole avante garde source. George's creative output with the band was really very minimal, and yet All Things alone helped him get ranked by a lot of people as their favorite Beatle.

10. Pisces Fish (Harrison) 9. Put It There (McCartney) 8. Follow Me (McCartney) 7. Junior's Farm (McCartney) 6. Instant Karma! (Lennon) 5. Cheer Down (Harrison) 4. Maybe I'm Amazed (McCartney) 3. All Things Must Pass (Harrison) 2. Imagine (Lennon) 1. God (Lennon)
The top 4 are solid for me, but when you think of all the great individual songs they produced once they were on their own, its really daunting trying to pick your favorites.
