Just something I can rip around the country in. What do I need to know about these things? is there anyway I'd get one for 500 bucks? They are better than cars on gas mileage right? Are any of you gear heads? And put the answers in loser terms I know like nothing about this shit.

Do you want to fly low or just to enjoy the ride? In the 2nd case you dont an engine bigger than 450cc.

Probably a good idea. People usually survive motorcycle accidents pretty well.

Just sayin, my uncle was in a motorcycle accident going 25 miles an hour with helmet. Fractured his pelvis, broke his collarbone and his leg.

So yeah, motorcycles are a good idea.

Basically anyone who rides a motorcycle as their primary vehicle is a bag of idiot. I get the appeal and it sounds cool, but I would NEVER want to use one as my primary transportation. Only when the roads are empty and I can cruise.

i worked in retail for probably 4-5 years combined and i always LOLd when i'd see some douche come out of the store holding grocery bags...and then hop on a crotch rocket.

motorcycles are one of those things that i decided to not mess with after seeing the look in an ER doctor's eyes when saying "never ride a motorcycle." same thing with "always wear a helmet"
