I'm really enjoying The Sign of the Four. I was going to read the first one before it, but I forgot it at home.

I have been advocating for the reading of this book since last summer and no one listens to me.

Very entertaining read. I read it in four days because I couldn't put it down. And you can read it before Scorsese's movie comes out in October.

I found Gentleman of the Road by Michael Chabon really exciting. Very short though.

I actually wouldn't mind reading this.

I got Shutter Island.

Moby Dick sucked.

So. I went to the book store to find something after I finish The Exorcist and I almost picked this up at the book store because of your praise of it. But I only had 15 bucks to spend and I never read 1984, so yeah.

1984 is definitely way better (one of my favorite books ever), but House of Leaves is worth trying out.
