i'm not about to start discussing an album based on tiny sound clips, guy. and as fun as trading hip quotes back and forth is.... i'm going to give it a pass at this time.

It's an excellent album. Half of it is slower stuff kind of like morning moon. The rest picks up a bit. Lots of kind of different timing and rhythms, strings, piano bits, sax at times. Some folks may not like the Bob Rock production, but it's a unique album, for the Hip. Really solid foundation of music.
The Last Recluse, Now the Struggle Has a Name, and Queen of the Furrows are big standouts for me. The first song being my favourite. The singing is a perfect fit for the song.
Gord has moved away from the "screaming" of a few of the newer albums. It's really nice.
