So I've had problems with bleeding gums off and on for the last year or so, like when I brush my teeth. Nothing too bad until a few weeks ago when I started noticing a lot more blood and the gums right around my left canine started to hurt. I tried a few different things and they seemed to make the swelling go down and reduce the bleeding, so I thought I was on the right path. Today I was visiting the little bro at his school and it seemed like a bit of my gum started to disattach, and one of his friends asked me if my tongue was bleeding cause there was a bit of blood on it. Sure enough, I go check it out and it is bleeding, and it's gotten way worse since I left. I'm at home now and and it is bleeding a ton and I don't know what to do.

I'm not a doctor or a dentist, but you can use peroxide as a mouthwash, if you dilute by at least 50%. Rinse with it, but don't swallow it. Spit it out. See if that helps.

i'm pretty sure most people know not to swallow peroxide

I don't have insurance right now. Called my mom (has a nursing background...and she's my mom) but she hasn't called back. Tried washing out with different stuff (mouthwash, peroxide) but it just seems to keep coming.

I hope you can somehow get insurance. And solve this. You can search for bleeding gum. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gingiva
I know when you lack certain vitamines, you'll bleed easier. It may be something to look at too.
