10c is having a PC LOAD LETTER moment after all these complaints of postal irregularities piled over on top of the mountains of crap on their shoulders.

there wasn't postal irregularities, there was a bunch of clueless people that found out about the realities of cross border commerce and tehir respective countries laws about it!

Perhaps the web site has been overwhelmed. If they have postal issues on top of regular person interest and the fact that the new cd in it's many versions is unattainable (at least in my state), I would think the web site is seeing significant traffic.
I don't think they expected this. I mean who'd have thunk it? They did not realize the demand for the tangible, in your hands product vs. downloads.

I requested a new password and it required one that was HARDER than the one I had been using. I think they want to be super secure and may be forcing people to change their password.
