Here it is in a nutshell: Universes are rings with other universes around them, which in turn have universes around them, etc. Your reality consists of the points in spacetime where c*t > x (i.e., distance is less than speed of light times time) When you are asleep, your conciousness is interrupted.

The first half was mostly just a bunch of technical jargon about the movement of a fractal pattern in 4 dimensions. It appears to me that he mostly pulled it out of his ass.
