the intern tried to print labels and something jammed, some guy pulled the jam out and now its gone into a vegetative state.

sounds like one of the labels is caught on the roller or it just needs turned off and back on to recycle

We've turned it off a few times and the IT guy checked it out for awhile and it sounds like its fucked.
