did you ever have to dissect an owl pellet in school, mecca?

i know you didn't ask me, but we did. we had to fish out the bones of the mouse that was contained in it, cleanse it with a bleach-like solution, and then glue the bones down on a piece of paper in the correct places in order to form a mouse. what that was supposed to teach us, i dont know. "owls throw up whatever they eat after it is digested" would have sufficed i think

sorry, chuck - I don't know that you were actually born and raised in the sticks like chris was.

body parts! We did it in Science to learn bone names, and their location. Kinda creepy looking back. I grew up on a farm so part of my class came out and helped me collect the pellets.

in college no less
