meh its a way for them to make money, get more fans, connect with a different generation, and satisfy some people. who does it hurt, or what is wrong with them making money off of their music? people enjoy it, want to play it, ect... why would it be selling out to satisfy those fans who want something like this.

I don't really see it as selling out. If anything it just gives fans and new fans a way to play some of their favorite songs.

its easy to take a hard stance when the money is rolling in and you are young and ready to take on the world.
and im not sure they care what their younger selves would think

I think they would want those fans who love their music to experience learn to enjoy it on every level, and maybe have the fans be inspired to create some of their own.
