Posting for the sole reason that I feel like a big dork.
I still consider this show the best I've ever attended (and I've seen some great shows). I always feel like I have to mark the occasion. (If I were a bigger dork, I'd have thrown on the t-shirt I bought that night.)
Despite having this show in a myriad of formats, I decided to throw in the hifi VHS that I recorded that night of the radio broadcast. It's actually kind of nice hearing the djs hype the show coming up. (I'm trying to sync it up approximately - the dj said they'd start broadcasting at 9:15pm.)
This probably counts as furious boredom on a Friday night, but I still love this show. (I think the Ten re-release has helped for this year.)
Anyway - if you're home and feeling bored, pop in the CDs / pull up the FLACs or MP3s, and enjoy.

Best Garden too. Dave and Mike are in a nice groove and then you hear Ed just explode at the end, "Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, MUTHER FUCKER, AGH!" You can almost see him throw the mic down through the speaker.
What a band. What a voice. What a moment in musical history. 1994 Pearl Jam is as big and strong as anything you can find on any bootleg from the 1970's. I envy you seeing this show.

I always liked hearing Ed saying "that was nice" at the end of it. Sounded like he liked it too. Even tho Mike flubbed a lick during the solo.
great version of black.."i don't think these people understand.." jeremy version is also very intense..the repeating part of "who, who" lasts almost a minute..
Probably still my favorite show. Yes, best WMA and Betterman, but also best Satan's Bed.
That version of satan's bed ripped...simply awesome
"Alright we don't even know this next one, but fuck it play it anyway, that's right" EV.

Haven't listened to this one in awhile but I hope to sometime this week. I'm going through some of the old 93-94 shows so I will eventually get to this one. Its a classic though.

I read somewhere that this song was Mike's ode to AC/DC...or something to that effect. I think this version captures that.....Mike and Stone sharing rhythm sections until mike noodles in the middle. They don't do that anymore....Stone is strictly rhythm and Mike plays lead the whole song. I likee the '94 version better.
Who sings backing on WMA?!?!?!???? what a version...cracking!
