I am also in search in all the different versions (video/audio) of "Here's to the state") you might come across, especially those with the audio commentary, as in the Storytellers performance.

I will try to come up with a full list later on.

I'm trying to remember exactly but jasonA did those menus and I encoded the video from the HD capture.
So yeah it's HD-sourced but it's a DVD so it's 720x480.

I think there might have been a non-HD sourced version with the same menus, which wouldn't look quite as good. Maybe that's what you have?

Regardless though, the HD version is out there.

You're right, my version doesn't look HD-sourced at all, and certainly not as the usual top-notch quality you and jason produce. It has the same menus and bonuses though

Nevertheless, is there any way you could provide me with a link just for "Here's to the state"? HD or HD to DVD, I don't really mind, just as long, as it is good quality
