what the fuck, i just renewed my membership and it gave me a completely different number,...my old # was 266---, i i payed and its now 430---,...i thought we had 3 months from the expiration date to renew???!!! ive done it late before with no problem,.....is there some new rules i didnt know about???? im so pissed

for all the shit we give them, their customer service is actually very good at dealing with indiividual issues. Contact them politiely and I bet they resolve it

This is exactly what happened to me. I forgot to renew, then when I started hearing tour rumors I went to the website to renew, did that, and my # was like 400 something. I emailed them, very nicely, and they gave me my old number back.

I've been a member since 1999. Despite all the shit they get I've never been shut out for tickets and in 2008 my seats were pretty damned good considering it's Boston and EVERYONE is in the tenclub here.
