Anyone else see it yet? I've never really been a Julia Roberts fan, never much saw the appeal, but have enjoyed her in the Ocean's 11 movies, and this definitely isn't entirely outside of that same tone. Owen is ex-MI6 and Roberts is ex-CIA both working this inside scam of competing companies out to get the honor of cornering the market with the next big, great product for consumers.
Tony Gilroy wrote and directed, he's got a pretty decent pedigree going. Did the same for "Michael Clayton", and wrote the Bourne trilogy of course.
This has a very fun, caper-ish feel to it with no shortage of plot twists, told in a non-linear style. There are definitely way worse ways to spend 2 hours.

I saw it when it came out and have nothing to add to your synopsis. I wouldn't see it again (or rent it for that matter), but for the times, it was an enjoyable respite.
