I think the lyrics to Life Wasted would make for an absolutely stellar acoustic version of it with just Eddie singing.

Is there such a thing?

An acoustic Life Wasted would be pretty cool. slow it down a bit, give it more of a groove.

I'm not sure if the lyrics are smart enough to carry this one in an acoustic setting. The song's most redeeming feature is that it's a senseless rawker.

The front half of the song and the chorus isn't so great, but the last half of the song is just fantastic lyrically.

Darkness comes in waves,
Tell me, why invite it to stay?
You're warm with negativity
Yes, comfort is an energy..

But why let the sad song play?

I always assumed theyd do a longer version of Wasted Reprise, at maybe a Bridge School or something...

Ive always loved playing "Save You" slowed down and bluesy, Never thought about doing it with Life Wasted though... maybe similar to STP's Sex Type Thing from Unplugged?

Come on, dude. Get a life. That song rocks. And if you disagree, fine. But to throw out crap like that is just ... BS.

i don't agree here. it's a fucking great song. it surely could have been better if you were a member of the band, poor you.

I'm completely onboard. Would love to hear an acoustic version of this - when I first heard it, I thought it was a mistake to play it fast.

great cover man...
now ya just need a bass / 2nd guitar, slow it down a lil, and have someone sing...
give it that true bluesy feel lol

still wish id have been able to get my band to do that to Save You, but alas... we split up and my bass has since been busted lol... Me and the Guitar player had really started to get it down too... kinda similar to what STP did to Sex Type Thing unplugged, or Claptons Layla i suppose even. hmmm didnt Lenny Kravitz do that with Are You Gonna Go My Way on Unplugged too?
