that's not so easy. *.vob is a dvd format. i suggest you play them with a software dvd player like windvd or powerdvd. if you still want to convert vob make sure to check this site http://www.dvdhelp.com

Thanks. Is there a shareware version available? I checked out that site a few days ago and it didn't really offer too much help; pretty much said you need a dvd player.

you can also rip them into avi files with dvd to avi converter, then you can again convert them into other formats with TMPGEnc. And u can use smart ripper to rip the dvd..........thats if u want to convert it into non dvd formats
