You must be an active member as of May 3, 2009 to qualify for the ticket pre-sale. Starting May 6th, any remaining tickets will become available to ALL active members regardless of membership sign up date. The ticket pre-sale will end on May 6th at 3pm Pacific Time.
No phone orders. Eligible Ten Club members are allowed to purchase two (2) tickets per show. Ten Club tickets are available while supplies last. For wheelchair accessible seating, please contact tickets@tenclub.net.
Ten Club tickets are for reserved seating and will be allocated by seniority. Seat locations will be reserved from the 1st row on the floor, extending back, and the side sections closest to the stage. The longer you have been in the fan club, the closer your seats will be to the stage. Newer members should not expect prime seat locations. Proximity to the stage is contingent on the amount of members in attendance. Seat location is NOT revealed prior to the performance.
Please read the following details before making a ticket purchase:

⁃ The fan club member must collect the tickets with a valid photo identification. No exceptions.

I THINK I have Chicago tickets. *crossing fingers* I got the 10C email for order received, but it crashed after I clicked to confirm the purchase. Then I reloaded, and it gave me a message that I already had a pair, and couldn't purchase a 2nd. God I hope it really did go through.

I'm getting nothing. Fuck the 10C. They have the announcement and pre-sale at the same fucking time so I get to log-on, see the show announcement and then NOT get tickets. Fantastic.

Same thing happened to me. As long as you get the email, you're good to go. But you can always check your credit card to make sure.

Myself and a friend both had the same issue, but we both got email confirmations.

Doesn't this happen nearly everytime? And then, after about a half hour, they reset things on their end and people are able to get in with no trouble at all?
