Anyone ever seen this? It clearly must be the inspiration for Pearl Jam's Vitalogy booklet and liner notes.

I once stayed at a B&B in SW Wisconsin, and they had an original 1920's copy on the shelf in the library. I was very tempted to gank it, but I didn't.

As a karmic reward for my good deed, some asshole threw a huge rock through my driver's side window and stole my discman. In a town of 2500 fucking people. Parked my car on teh street in Chicago every day for 18 months, no problems, but I go to fucking Mineral Point and I get vandalized. :x

I found a copy a few months back. 1918 or 1916 edition. Something like that. Very cool.

I've had that mass-produced version like they're selling at Amazon for a number of years. It's massively condensed, as the old original editions are probably 800 pages

It's probably because you are a self-polluter.
