Absolutely... scoring runs like crazy, pitching well in spite of injuries to their 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 starters... and on top of he American League after 30 games!

If the Jays have anything going for them its the fact that the pitching staff is only going to get better when some of the injury issues subside.

It's been a while since i've watched the blue jays...Does Kelly Gruber still play for them?
on the subject of the 2 jays that have hit for the cycle, Jeff Frye was in town w/ the rangers as he's out of the game as a player, and now a player agent, Kinsler i think it was

Perhaps you're thinkin of the mariners
rogers (cable/cell company) owns a good portion of the team, so much so that when jays games are not on the rogers channel that it is still referred to as "rogers blue jays baseball......on tsn

That's my hope too. I was optimistic (or at least more optimistic than most) coming into the season, but it was tough to imagine a rotation of Halladay, Litsch, Purcey, Romero and Richmond keeping them afloat. Romero and Richmond have been amazing, but I just can't help thinking they'll eventually crash back down to earth... and they just keep rolling. Once Litsch and Romero are back, this team can do big things.
