Bad Religion. They formed in 1980 and their last three records have been incredible. Graffin's voice is improving with age and they're probably the best intellectual punk band around.

I wanted to say Current 93 but they formed in 1982.

Tangerine Dream (1967) and Magma (1969) are still musically alive but I don't know how is their recent stuff.
