Let's discuss. If people haven't heard any of the bands on their label, give them a try. I know a few folks enjoyed Arve's album.

Skyphone - Avellaneda Mathias Eick - The Door Jon Hassell - Last Night the Moon Came Dropping Its Clothes in the Street In the Country - Whiteout Nils Økland - Bris
They are all superb, with that grammofon sound. The Skyphone is almost pop music, in a sense.

I only know Arve Henriksen too. I love Strjon.
You should try out the Jon Hassell album. Hassell pioneered that lyrical, experimental trumpet sound. And all these Norwegians are big fans. Hassell has toured exclusively in Europe until just this past year. We, here in the US, were lucky enough to have him for a few shows. The title, Last Night the Moon Came Dropping Its Clothes in the Street is from a Rumi poem. Believe it or not, it sounds just like what you would think given that title.

I will check this one out, thanks.
