Hey guys, as you may have just noticed, I set up a Twitter account to integrate with TSIS. You can follow it here:

http://twitter.com/thesky_iscrape/

My future goal is that in addition to posting the relays on the show threads in this forum, we can also tweet them. The real benefit is that if someone can access Twitter via their phones during the show, it reduces the need of people from two to one.

Obviously, this will be discussed more as shows get closer, but I thought I'd throw it out right now.

this could be good. I twittered the Bonnaroo set to my account last year, but many of the updates came in slow and out of order. Hopefully they've gotten better since then.

I don't know if you need an app. you could just go to the twitter website and we could give you the password. You just put it in and punch in the name of each song. It shouldn't be any different than facebook.

Here's a very popular twitter app for iphone, if anyone's interested. It's $3.

I know it's early, but count me in for relaying both Seattle shows in Sept.

twitter idea is cool, but i really liked the old school way of texting/emailing a counter part

made it more personal between the two people, the person who posted was in some way "recognized" for that one evening on the board... lets keep it up

Yeah, if I relay the Seattle shows this Sept., I'd rather do it the old school way. I just can't bring myself to perform an action called a "tweet". :?

Are there any relayers for the Calgary show this coming Saturday? I'm able to do the posting if anyone needs me too, just need to find someone who is going...
PM me if interested!

I won't have time to even look into it for this tour, but I just got an android phone and I'll have eventually to look at making a PJ setlist app (as in something like Shazam just for PJ to record setlists on the go with option of auto-relay)... if hat is even possible.

But for this tour, if there is a venue where I can catch wifi, I'll do a Qik (as in video streaming)... I'm useless at relaying though being both not good at recognising songs and not a fast enough typist... though I can try (but I'm normally upfront and it's rude texting under Ed's nose!).

I'd be happy to relay the 2 Chicago shows.
