This appears to be confirmed.

I just found out an hour ago that the person I was supposed to go with will not be able to make it. I'm still excited about going, but not so much about going to Atlanta for two nights BY MYSELF. I feel like a loser!

I ended up sitting next to a very sweet couple last night...it made me feel a little less miserable about being there solo. I may stop by that bar this evening. I have a ticket to get rid of if anyone's interested.
I have a recording of this show. It's from my iPhone and honestly it's not the worst sounding recordig I've heard. I'm willing to share, but my concern is that if I put in the info file that I used my iPhone to record, that they might start banning them from shows.

Entrance music was the old man singing Elderly Woman. Opened with Don't Be Shy instead of Walking the Cow. Covered Springsteen's Bobby Jean by saying "this is a song I haven't played since 1984". Also broke out Untitled (yeah, that one) and I Won't Back Down. Both Millworker & Girl From the North Country seemed lost to most people. Personally I perefer Pete Townsend's take on that Dylan tune. A couple minor musical flubs instead of lyrical leading to well humored rant with lots and lots of "fuck" in its various forms. Betterman is again the altered "lullaby" version. We got both Driftin & Hide Your Love Away, same as last night which surprised me a little. Does anyone know the song he played with Liam after Throw Your Arms Around Me? No Arc tonight. Ed busted his ass trying to jump over the feet chair leaving the stage after Porch. Think 'Alive' from the last DVD. But he tried again entering at the encore & nailed it. The End was the highlight for me. Just beautiful & very much an "Ed's voice" song. Crowd a bit rowdier tonight with Ed particularly calling out someone to his left. Ed seems more chatty but I thought there was energy or vibe lacking as opposed to Night 1 and seemed a few songs shorter too. Lots of tickets available & late arriving crowd. Here's a rough setlist from Synergy. It's not exact but it's pretty close.
don't be shy brain damage/sometimes girl from the north country betterman (uke?) untitled gone no ceiling far behind guaranteed rise up millworker bobby jean driftin' hide your love away i won't back down small town porch
society throw your arms around me til the rivers run dry (?) the golden state wishlist the end
hard sun

I enjoyed this show a good bit. I was bummed not to get "Arc" - I'd surprised my cousin with a ticket to tonight's show, and he used "Arc" as the processional song at his wedding, so I thought it'd be perfect. But once that dickhead up front screamed "ARC!!!" at Ed (right before "The End"), I knew it wasn't going to happen.
But there were a ton of idiots there tonight. I went to the bathroom before the first encore, and came back to find a drunk woman sitting in my seat. I asked her to move, and she looked at me like she had no idea why I was bothering her. The fifth time I told her that it was my seat, she at least sort of figured it out.

Thanks for the setlist. Setlist relays have kind of died. I don't know if it's b/c of smaller crowds or security crackdowns.

Security was less intense last night. Definitely saw more cell phones and a few cameras. Several annoying flashes too from numnuts trying to take pictures early on who don't realize they should wait until the house lights are on when they are that far away.
