Stereogum is reporting a nice surprise from Merge: A brand new Spoon EP, coming out this Tuesday! Nice! Three brand new songs from one of the slickest, savviest indie bands working.

There's an Amazon page up for the EP, which seems to be titled Got Nuffin and will be out on CD and download formats. That's the cover above, and the tracklist, per Amazon, is below.

Merge isn't offering any more info at this time.

They played Got Nuffin' at their show in Lancaster in April. It's good.

there's a remix of Tweaker, but its totally dumb, dont wast your time

the other 2 are decent

Got Nuffin is a nice little track. Stroke Their Brains is pretty good too, even if it is a bit rough sounding. Tweakers is a throwaway though. It's like the stuff on the Get Nice bonus disc that came with Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga.

yes, that ga bonus disc was terrible
