Episode summary from TheSimpsons.com: After making a deal with Homer to get good grades in school, Bart and Lisa go away to Kamp Krusty, "The Krustiest Place on Earth!" While they're initially excited about their summer, they soon learn that Kamp Krusty is a run-down prison run by the tyrannical Mr. Black and his C.I.T. henchmen, Dolph, Kearney and Jimbo Jones. Worse yet, instead of sports and arts-and-crafts, the kids are expected to pass their days sewing counterfeit wallets. The only thing that gets Bart through this ordeal is the hope that Krusty himself will visit, but when that doesn't happen, the kids lead a rebellion against Mr. Black and take over the camp. With Bart as their leader, the kids speak to the media and reveal what a sham Kamp Krusty is. Meanwhile, with Bart and Lisa away from home, Homer and Marge are getting in touch with their relationship. Homer feels so good, he's even losing some weight and growing some hair. This all changes when he sees Bart on TV, condemning Krusty and his ramshackle camp. In the end, Krusty apologizes to the campers and takes them on a trip to Tijuana.
Bart: If I don't get a 'C' average my dad won't let me go to Kamp Krusty! Edna: Well, it isn't fair to the other children, but alright Bart: Much obliged, doll! Edna: Oh Bart Simpson, I'm gonna miss you... Skinner: Attention everyone, this is Principal Skinner. I trust you all remembered to bring in your implements of destruction? [students take out weapons] Skinner: Now let's trash this dump!
Bart: Hey... hands off my pickle! Homer: I don't see your name on it, boy! Bart: No, but [licks it] Homer: Oh yeah? [dunks in his drink] Check... mate! Bart: Always thinking two moves ahead.
Krusty:[on TV] Hi Kids! Welcome to Kamp Krusty! Hoo huh hoo heh ha heh. I'll see you in a few weeks! Until then, I turn things over to my bestest buddy in the whole wide world, <Mr. Black>. I want you to treat <Mr. Black> with the same respect you would give me. Now here's <Mr. Black>.
Lisa: You're serving us gruel? Dolph: Not quite. This is Krusty Brand Imitation Gruel. Nine out of ten orphans can't tell the difference.
Lisa: I feel like I'm gonna die, Bart. Bart: We're all gonna die, Lis. Lisa: I meant soon. Bart: So did I.
Kent Brockman: Ladies and Gentleman, I've been to Vietnam, Afghanistan, and Iraq and I can say without hyperbole that this is a million times worse than all of them put together.
Bart: Krusty! This camp was a nightmare! They fed us gruel, they forced us to make wallets for export, and one of the campers was eaten by a bear! Krusty:[horrified] Oh My God!! Bart: Well, actually, the bear just ate his hat. Krusty: Was it a nice hat? Bart: Oh yeah. Krusty:[horrified] Oh My God!!

among the pictures of tijuana at the end, the one where bart and lisa are looking down on krusty, completely hammered, lying on the street, ... priceless.

Krusty: [on TV] Hi Kids! Black>.
For some reason, Mr. Black's voice makes me laugh so hard at this bit.

i often quote this part, or randomly say <Mr Black> instead of other nouns. most people dont get it. when they DO get it, i know that they know the score.

if i heard someone say this, i would attempt to do all the scattered reactionary background dialogue. (wizzle wozzle? is that what passes for entertainment these days? etc)
