amendment 2 - the right to bear arms. id change this to the fact youre allowed to bear arms, but that we would limit the type of arms youre allowed to own. id also restrict the ammunition that is made

amendment 4 - search and seizure. if you run from the police when asked a question, you just lost your right. if you do something suspicious, you just lost your right. in order though to protect from abuses, cops would be required to wear head cams (think the glasses they use on the prank shows) if the audio/video isnt quality, evidence from seizure would be inadmissable

amendment 8 - cruel and unusual punishment. i have no problem with the death penalty and think it should be used alot more than it is. if your DNA matches at the scene of a crime, and you are found guilty or if you claim at the time you were insane and are charged with death penalty you no longer have the right to a retrial and will be executed within 6 months

the 2nd Amendment doesn't say you're allowed to bear nuclear weapons, or even AKs. This is unnecessary and these restrictions are already well within the rights of the government.
