Post subject: Linking to specific posts or pages within thread

Is there a way to link to a specific post – or a specific page – within a thread? Can't seem to figure it out. My buddy's on here, and I'm tired of saying, "go check out page 56, 8th post down, in the so-and-so thread."

On the top right corner of a specific post, where the time stamp is, is a little square link. That link is for the individual post URL.
