Bush - Steve Miller Band (the singles are the best thing they ever did) Foo Fighters - Wings (Leader formerly part of a huge band and makes poppy songs) Red Hot Chili Peppers - The Rolling Stones (Singer cannot sing well live very often and the lead guitarist is full of heroin)

PJ - The Who 2 or 3 really good albums that set their legacy, a lot of hit or miss becoming more miss over time. Great live shows. Looked on as a voice of their generation.

I'm sure Steve Miller Band never wrote lyrics as brilliant and deep as Bush...
My future lies In space travel She's coming over me I employ spies To stroll the gravel They never want to leave The future lies The future lies Scared of the government scared of the government

i can see radiohead and floyd similarities, but you're totally reaching on the other two. how the fuck is soundgarden like black sabbath?
Soundgarden = Black Sabbath Dark band that played dropped tunings and their leader became a joke, mockery of themselves.
Dave Matthews Band = Grateful Dead Biggest touring band in the decade hippy like culture that follows them around and their shows are 10x better than their albums.
