i drop a file that has normally worked before and it says

"error reported by shorten: no magic number" what does this mean and how can i solve it?

have you verified the files using the MD5?

i think maybe it wasnt done downloading, i DL'ed the concert again and it worked, so i dunno.....how do i do that, verifying?

when i googled your error message, the most common return was that the DL wasnt complete. i think you can either double click on the actual md5 file or drag it to the MKW program as you would with the shn files. it basically tells you if each file is complete or if there are any problems.
